After you have paid for and completed your order through our website, delivery takes around 3 working days. For postcodes where surcharges apply, delivery may take longer. Your order will be delivered between 9am to 5pm Mon - Fri (except Bank Holidays).

For more information about how your WoodBlocX order will be delivered - please read our helpful delivery guide. Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not offer any Saturday delivery options.

During the checkout process, you will be able to select an estimated delivery date, however, please note this is a provisional date that will later be confirmed by our delivery company.

Selecting a delivery date during checkout

After your WoodBlocX order has left our warehouse, you will be notified with full tracking details via email and your contact details passed onto our delivery company who will get in touch with you to confirm / arrange a specific day for delivery. You can find out what specific local delivery company will be delivering your pallet by typing your postcode into the Palletways Depot Finder.

If you are placing an order now and would like delivery for a future date that's not available at checkout, please add a comment in the box to notify our admin team. If you are in a hurry for your WoodBlocX order please let us know when ordering so that we can try and speed up our dispatch process for you!

At peak times of the year (March to June) we do sometimes have to increase our delivery times so that our warehouse team can cope with the volume of orders we receive.

Unfortunately on some occasions deliveries can be delayed due to circumstances out of our control. We therefore recommend choosing a provisional delivery date a few days prior to the date you wish to start your build, just in case. If you are booking a tradesperson to build your WoodBlocX structure for you, we recommend you arrange a date a few days after your order is planned to arrive.
