What does pallet delivery actually mean?

As WoodBlocX orders are large and heavy, your order will be packaged and delivered on a wooden pallet using a palletised freight company. Please watch the informative video shown above for a demonstration of our delivery process.

PLEASE NOTE: Although the delivery driver will do the best they can to drop your pallet as close to your build location using their pallet trolley, we can only guarantee kerbside delivery. It is not possible to move the pallet using a pallet trolley up steps, over gravel or across grass.

If your delivery address has restricted access such as a narrow road or low bridge, please contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to arrange an alternative delivery method.

If your build location is not close to where your pallet is delivered, the individual blocks and components are light and easy to carry.
