I can't find my layer-by-layer build instructions in my delivery?

Since the pandemic, we have stopped including hard copy printed instructions with deliveries (unless ordered as an 'extra').

Instead, your layer-by-layer building instructions are attached to your order confirmation email.

Before you start building, we also recommend you read our general 'How to Build WoodBlocX' guide.

If you have ordered one of our pre-designed WoodBlocX kits, building instructions can also be found on the individual product pages.

You can print off these documents for use during your build or view them on your mobile phone or computer.

One of the benefits of receiving your WoodBlocX building instructions ahead of delivery means you can study our hints and tips guide and be ready to start building as soon as your order arrives!

If you haven't received your instructions via email, please contact us and we can send your instructions to you.
