Is WoodBlocX wood treated?

WoodBlocX timber is pressure-treated with a water-based preservative (Wolmanit CX). Our timber is dried in a vacuum and then pressurised to 300 psi. If you cut a piece of WoodBlocX in half you will find that the preservative has penetrated virtually 100% of the sapwood.

This makes our structures durable and long-lasting for up to 15 years! WoodBlocX does not require any annual maintenance or extra surface treatments.

To maximise the lifespan of your WoodBlocX structure, we recommend installing a liner.
