What is the process when using the Free Design Service?

All we need is a few simple measurements!

Using our Free Design Service is simple and straightforward - we’re here to support you every step of the way to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your bespoke WoodBlocX design.

Our service is completely FREE with unlimited revisions and puts you under no obligation to buy at any time!

Step 1: Send us your idea

All you need to do is send us a simple sketch or some sizes and a photo of the space you're looking to transform and we will be able to design WoodBlocX planters, raised beds, ponds, seating areas or retaining walls to fit in perfectly. See our Customer Gardens page to get inspired!

If you want to chat things through, pick up the phone and give us a call on 0800 389 1420 (Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm). If you're ready to begin, start by filling out our garden design questionnaire.

Step 2: We create your design

After receiving your details we can normally get a design back to you within 72 hours. Sometimes in the Spring this can be longer (usually around 1 week) as we get much busier at that time of year.

If your design is urgent, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to start on your garden project as soon as possible!

Once we have drawn up your FREE bespoke WoodBlocX design we will email over a drawing in a PDF document. This will show your design and a price which includes delivery and all the WoodBlocX components you need to build your structure.

Our design team will be available to revise your design until you are completely satisfied!

Step 3: Order your design through our website

Once you are 100% happy with your bespoke WoodBlocX design we upload your kit to our website ready for you to purchase. We will then send you a link so that you can order easily online and choose a delivery date that suits you (plus add any extras to your order such as building tools or crop protectors).

After ordering, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your layer-by-layer building instructions attached.

We can normally get from design to delivery in about 1 week (during our Spring peak season, this may be slightly longer as it’s our peak season!).

Once you receive your WoodBlocX order, our knowledgeable customer service team is always on hand to help with any questions or queries you may have during your build.
