# È meglio usare un rivestimento in tessuto o in plastica per il mio orto rialzato?

Per rivestire un orto rialzato consigliamo di utilizzare una [membrana impermeabile (DPM)](https://www.woodblocx.it/rivestimento-orto-rialzato): questo tipo di rivestimento garantirà la massima protezione alla tua struttura WoodBlocX.

Invece per la base di un orto rialzato costruito su superficie morbida, è necessario utilizzare un tessuto permeabile/traspirante che consenta il drenaggio dell'acqua in eccesso.
