# ¿Qué hago si creo que faltan componentes en el kit?

En primer lugar, sentimos que haya ocurrido esto y haremos todo lo posible para solucionar el problema rápidamente.

Envíanos un correo electrónico a **hello@woodblocx.es** o [chatea con nosotros](https://go.crisp.chat/chat/embed/?website_id=602c6af7-1e3c-43d4-9f41-f6efd74e9558) e indícanos tu número de pedido y lo que crees que te falta. Lo comprobaremos en nuestro sistema y te responderemos lo antes posible.

En caso de que necesites que te enviemos más componentes, estos paquetes te los enviaremos por ParcelForce, así que no tendrás que esperar mucho para continuar con el montaje.
